Most engagements fall into three models: a 90-day sprint for a defined problem, a 6-12 month growth retainer where we become an extension of your team, or a project build for a specific deliverable. The right model depends on where you are and what you need.
We work with brands doing TSh 500M - TSh 50B+ in annual revenue. Our sweet spot is ambitious mid-market brands that have product-market fit and need help scaling distribution and marketing. We’ve also worked with several multinationals and large local corporates.
Yes. We’ve delivered engagements in Kenya, Uganda, and Rwanda, and have partner networks across the EAC region. Most of our work is Tanzania-anchored, but we’re happy to discuss regional mandates.
